To fix this I made a new blog! :D So I’m moving all my stories about my transition over there. If you’d care to continue following please do so.
I’m sorry but, what? You are kidding me right? Sure I’m not really a Stealth transman, but that’s only because I don’t pass very well at the moment, but once I can pass a bit better I don’t plan on advertising the fact that I’m Transgender.
For your information I am a “regular dude” Simply because I wasn’t born with a penis does not make me any less of a man. It is who I am. Why would I draw attention to the things that people would consider to make me ‘less of a man’ It is not my job to educate anyone. I’m not a walking text book. True if people ask questions and I feel like I can trust them enough, then sure, I’ll answer some questions.Yes I’m trans, not cis and I’m incredibly jealous that I’m not cis. I’d give about anything to have been born in the right body instead of spending hours trying to decide if my favourite shirt is masculine enough with how it fits my body once I’ve painfully compacted my chest.
So how about learning a little more about what it is to be transgender before you open your mouth.

Long story short
Dad got into a conversation about LBGTQ with Rachel and myself when she was hanging out with me. Anyway he started asking about what the T was for and made some comment about how it doesn’t fit in because of the fact being Transgender isn’t a sexual orientation.
(I know it’s not the only one there that is considering Q being for gender queer to my knowledge and there are plenty of other things that are in between and so on, but my dad isn’t the most accepting mind you so I didn’t push my luck here)
Anyway at some point he said “I don’t know, I admittedly don’t know a lot about the community, but maybe I’d be more sympathetic if I knew more about it and read up or something.”
Which for my Dad is amazing to say! I am so excited to hear something even remotely positive from him! So maybe I can get him to read more and accept more. This is putting me a step closer to being able to tell him I think. I’m hoping for the best.
